Each guess must be a real pathway from the list (start typing and pick one). After you guess, five columns compare your pathway to the secret one:

Location, cytosol, mitochondria, or both
Build / Break, anabolic or catabolic
Fed / Fasted, which metabolic state turns it on
ATP, net produces, consumes, or roughly neutral
Fuel class, carbohydrates, lipids, amino acids, or all fuels

green = exact match   yellow = overlap   gray = miss.
